Please note: Your specific reservation deadlines and critical dates will be explicitly outlined on your final invoice.
More than 4 months prior to your retreat: If you cancel your reservation more than four months prior to your scheduled retreat date, you are eligible for a full refund.
Less than 4 months prior to your retreat: If you cancel your reservation less than four months prior to you retreat, your deposit is eligible for a full transfer. While the deposit is non-refundable, it can be re-purposed as a credit toward any other available retreat within one calendar year of your original booking date. Cancellations made within four months of the retreat will result in a forfeited deposit unless transferred as described.
Less than 6 week prior to your retreat: If you cancel less than six weeks prior to your retreat date, the full balance is retained and non-refundable.
Alternate Bookings: We believe in fairness and will never "double-dip" on our spaces. If you must cancel within the restricted windows, we will not retain your funds if an alternate booking takes your place. If your spot is successfully filled, your funds will be returned to you.
